Anita is the co-founder of Quagnito and is responsible for strategic business positioning and achieving operational excellence by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Since the inception of the company, she has worked extensively to establish efficient operations processes and business practices.

Anita has been associated with the software field for over 15 years and has extensive experience in establishing and managing offshore services and business outsourcing models.

She has worked with large global organizations for the implementation of Business Intelligence, ERP and Knowledge Management Systems, where she successfully developed new markets and managed the customer interface while being a hands-on leader at all times.

Neeraj Bezalwar - CTO & Founder
Neeraj is the founder of Quagnito and heads the technical team at Quagnito. His vast experience lies in the areas of localization engineering, software development and design of global and scalable software solutions. He has been instrumental in establishing a highly specialized and responsive team to cater to the changing demands of this industry today.

He has worked closely with large global clients to establish strategies for streamlining and optimizing their Global Content Management workflows. He is equally comfortable playing the 'hands on' specialist or advising large clients in their efforts for Localization excellence.
